Faster state processing
The Secretary of State offers paid rush handling on top of its normal fee: $100 for two business days, $200 for one business day, and $300 for four hours. Normal processing usually takes several business days.
Optional add-on
Business Tools is $39 a month, optional on any order, and can be canceled at any time. It covers a business phone line, website hosting with an AI website builder, a CRM, and invoicing and estimates. You never need it to have a statutory agent.
What several businesses cost
Each business has its own $49 subscription. Three businesses cost $147 a year, and ten cost $490. You can add several in one order and pay for them at one checkout.
Questions
Is there a setup or cancellation fee?
No. You pay $49 for the year. If you cancel, service runs through the end of the period you paid for, and you should have a replacement agent on file with the state before it ends.
Do state fees ever change?
They can, because the legislature sets them in ORC 111.16. We show you the current amount before you pay.
