Why you'd want one
Ohio doesn't collect operating agreements, and many banks and partners still ask for one. It also records what you've decided, so you aren't left only with default rules in Chapter 1706 if you and a partner later disagree.
What it covers
- Members and ownership.
- Member-managed or manager-managed.
- Authority for banking, credit, and significant decisions.
- Contributions, distributions, and leaving or adding members.
What it's not
