Why this exists

A statutory agent has a simple job with serious consequences. Most businesses need nothing more than a dependable Ohio address and a quick alert when something arrives, yet they often pay several times what that takes, or list a home address on a public record because they don't know of another option. We built a service that does the required job well, charges a price that stays flat, and automates the routine parts so we can keep it there.

Who runs it

Sean Webb owns and runs the company from Medina County, Ohio. It's a small Ohio operation that uses automation for the routine work, and that's how we keep the price at $49.
